Please note that all of our products are handmade in small batches with care and attention. Due to the nature of our products (such as soaps, candles, and other personal-use items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.
⚠️ Return Conditions
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of the issue.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
If the above conditions are met, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or altered items
- Custom orders or personalized products
- Sale or promotional items
- Any product that shows signs of use (burnt candle wicks, used soap, etc.)
🚚 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
